Requirement:
Recycled Content: Use products sourced from at least three/five manufacturers for at least 20/40%, by cost, of total value of permanently installed building products (1/2pts) with responsible sourcing and extraction criteria. Recycled content is the sum of post-consumer recycled content plus one-half the pre-consumer recycled content, based on weight.

Requirement:
Use materials on the building interior (everything within the waterproofing membrane) that meet the low-emitting criteria as listed in LEED.
