Motor: Continuous-duty, high starting torque with overload protection. Available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, 1-1/2, 2, 5 and 7-1/2 HP; single-phase capacitor start and three phase motors.

Brake: Maintenance free, solenoid actuated brake. Long lasting solenoid. No adjustment needed for the life of the operator.

Failsafe Closing: In the event of power failure, the operator will internally release brake and close door with controlled descent.

Link Release Connection: Provision for optional remote fusible link release connection.

Close on Alarm: Power close mode and gravity close mode can be pre-set. Power close mode can only be achieved when electricity power present during alarm. Fail to present electricity power in power close mode, change to gravity close mode with controlled descent naturally.

Time Delay to Close in Alarm: A selectable function by customer to enable/disable time delay to close when alarm occurred.

Auto Reset after Alarm:  Automatic reset to restore normal operation simply by activating open button after alarm is cleared and power is restored.
